Booking a Space

Why was my payment taken if my booking is not confirmed?

When you send a Booking Request, the payment will not actually leave your account straight away. There is a ‘hold’ on the payment.

When the Space Owner accepts the Booking Request, the payment will leave your account.

If the Space Owner rejects the Booking Request or if 72 hours pass and you don't receive a reply from the Space Owner, then the payment will be released again.
