CANCELLATION POLICY

This cancellation policy is to help protect both drivers and owners from being inconvenienced by a late cancellation.

Cancelation Policy

Rules only apply if a driver cancels a booking less than 15 days prior to the start of a booking - users have up to 15 days before the start of the booking to cancel without penalty.

Cancelation by Space Owners

All bookings cancelled by Space Owners will have the proportional amount of unused days fully refunded to the driver. If a Space Owner cancels a booking, the listing will appear lower in the search results in future.

Cancelation by Drivers

Before booking starts
Bookings cancelled within 15 days before the Start Date will be charged 50% of the total amount paid, up to a maximum of half the monthly price. The other 50% will be refunded to the driver.
After booking starts
Users who want to cancel an ONGOING booking, need to complete the Minimum Booking Period and then give 1 months notice (it can be done through the option - Change End Date), otherwise there will be a penalty of 1 month rental.

Choosing an end date

Bookings can be cancelled without penalty once 30 days notice is given and the Minimum Booking Period is completed. The ‘Change End Date’ option, will only allow users to select an end date when the Minimum Booking Period has passed.
